Jeff Phillips brings over 28 years of industry experience, with two decades dedicated to MacDonald-Miller, a leading Pacific Northwest mechanical contractor. As Sr. Director of Estimating & Procurement, Jeff plays a pivotal role in guiding the preconstruction process from start to finish. His expertise spans sales, conceptual estimating, cost tracking and trending, value engineering, contract review, project buyout, and financial modeling.
MacDonald-Miller is a large mechanical contractor headquartered in Seattle, executing work across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Focused equally on Design-Build and Plan-Spec work, MMFS specializes in Plumbing, HVAC, and Controls installations in new construction as well as tenant improvements and energy upgrade retrofits.
