All exhibits must be setup by 7am on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 ready for when the doors open at 7.30am. If you foresee any difficulty in meeting this deadline, please let your Event Manager know in advance.

Breakdown Times:

Thursday, May 7th 2026

2.05pm - 5pm

All exhibits must be broken down and packed up by 5pm on Thursday, May 7th 2026. We respectfully ask that you do not breakdown before the last coffee break.

Included In Your Booth  

• COMPLIMENTARY 8' x 10' BOOTH PACKAGE (8' High Silver Backwall Drape, one Silver 6’ draped table, two side chairs, and one wastebasket)
• A 5-amp power connection and WiFi will be provided for all booth spaces.

Please Take Note: 

• If you would like to remove any booth inclusions (e.g. table and chairs), please let me know via email.  
• Additional requirements, (carpet, furniture, AV and additional electrical needs) must be ordered via the Alliance portal. 
• There is no shell scheme surrounding your booth so all stands must be self-supporting and there will not be any walls to attach posters to.
