This year's event will be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel.
Dedicated Room Block
We are pleased to announce that for Advancing Preconstruction 2026, we have three available dedicated room blocks in properties near the event’s venue, the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center.
We have a discounted nightly room rate of $189++. This includes 24-hour coffee in the lobby, wi-fi, outdoor pool and on-site parking (charged $18).

Reservations must be made by Monday, April 6th which is the cutoff date. However, please note due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cutoff date so we do recommend you book your accommodation sooner rather than later.
