Mike Nett is a licensed architect, Executive Vice President at JRA Architects, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Throughout his 30 year career, he has built a distinguished portfolio of healthcare work, serving as Design Architect and Principal-in-Charge for projects of varying complexity and scale. His leadership on the recent UofL Health West Tower Expansion reflects his deep commitment to creating environments that elevate patient care while supporting operational efficiency.
Known for his thoughtful and measured approach, Mr. Nett emphasizes listening, collaboration, and consistent communication throughout every phase of design. He is recognized for fostering strong partnerships between owners, design teams, contractors, and trade partners —ensuring that evolving project needs, budget considerations, and technical challenges are addressed proactively and transparently. His ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through complex decision-making has earned him a reputation for delivering projects that are both highly functional and deeply responsive to client goals.
Mr. Nett has been honored multiple times as a Business First Health Care Partner, underscoring his longstanding dedication to the healthcare industry. When not working, he loves spending time with his wife transporting their son and daughter to their travel baseball and field hockey events.
