Khloe Ebiya

Khloe began her career as a structural engineer with a global multidisciplinary engineering firm, where she developed a strong technical foundation in building systems, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination. Her passion for bringing designs to life ultimately led her to transition into construction management, where she quickly immersed herself in the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery.

Over the years, Khloe has served in both owner’s representative roles and with multiple general contractors, contributing to a wide range of public and private sector projects. Her experience spans various delivery types including design-build, hard-bid, and CMAR delivery projects giving her a clear perspective of how early decisions shape project outcomes. This diverse background has also sharpened her ability to anticipate challenges, align stakeholder priorities, and guide teams toward informed, value-driven solutions.

For the past three years, Khloe has been part of HITT Contracting, serving in operations as a Senior Project Manager before moving into estimating. She now leads as a Senior Preconstruction Manager, guiding teams through complex pursuits and preconstruction efforts across the country. Her multidisciplinary experience—engineering, construction management, operations, and estimating—uniquely positions her to bridge gaps between design intent and cost clarity, schedule strategy, and construction feasibility, bringing invaluable insight to the preconstruction process and to every project she touches.
