Jim Driscoll makes a second appearance presenting for Advancing Preconstruction, grateful for this opportunity to help develop means of raising the bar for the entire construction industry. His professional career extends 20 years, focused mostly in the design-build industrial space; with experience ranging from laborer to project director. He has served on the subcontractor, general contractor, and owner side of construction engagements, giving him a multi-angle view of contract structure and risk management. Jim has been a guest on The Preconstruction Podcast with Gareth McGlynn and Beyond the Build with JP Scott and Scott Lowman. Most of his time outside work is spent with his wife and two children, with some occasional time to choose an adventure in either the seat of a tractor or saddle of a motorcycle.
