Some of the responsibilities include maintaining existing and fostering new relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, developing proposals and project pursuits, and leading the planning phase of construction with a focus on budget, schedule, risk, and constructability. I identify and coordinate the internal and external resources needed to complete each estimate, review team outputs for accuracy and completeness, and assess project-specific risks to support sound decision-making and reliable cost outcomes. Lastly, I ensure that subcontractor buyout is completed efficiently so that long-lead materials are procured and shop drawings are completed within the requirements of our project schedules.
