Jeff Danley is Innovation Development Director at Burns & McDonnell, where he is currently leading the firm’s enterprise AI strategy and deployment. Jeff oversees the dedicated Product Management, and AI development team responsible for building and managing the company’s AI solution. His team focuses on creating specialized AI agents that empower preconstruction and engineering teams to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making.
A proven leader in the field, Jeff brings over two decades of experience transforming emerging technologies into business results. Before joining Burns & McDonnell, he led corporate innovation programs for major organizations including Sherwin-Williams, United Rentals, Sprint, and Ford. Jeff is also a recognized inventor having filed the original patent for the mobile hotspot capability. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Kansas City AI Club, where he continues to shape the conversation around the future of work and artificial intelligence in industry.
