Jeff is a Senior Manager of MEP Cost for Holder Construction; a leading national contractor ranked among the top 25 in the country with offices across the United States and annual revenues exceeding $8 billion. In his role, Jeff leads MEP estimating efforts to ensure project budgets are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. He collaborates closely with project teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver detailed and innovative MEP cost estimate solutions, driving project cost excellence.
With more than 20 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, and operations, Jeff is recognized for his strategic approach to conceptual cost development and project cost rationalization. He is dedicated to advancing how clients understand cost, helping lead the way with data capture and visualization tools. Jeff is committed to developing the next generation of estimators by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within Holder’s preconstruction department.
Passionate about mentoring others and contributing to Holder’s reputation for excellence, Jeff resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and three children. He is also an avid mountain biker.
