Vice President - Preconstruction Stiles Construction

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Greg holds executive level responsibility as the leader of the preconstruction manages and mentors a team of preconstruction managers and oversees all preconstruction efforts to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness. Greg also makes sure that peripheral considerations are addressed in all construction budgets, such as the affect of and on adjacent properties, site constraints and other technical aspects, means and methods not readily apparent. Greg has been involved with and complete a depth of projects including multi-family, hotel, office, mixed-use, parking structures and public sector. He applies is vast preconstruction experience and ability to understand the clients’ needs to find creative solutions that exceed clients’ expectations.

Mr. Kimmelman is a versatile, responsible and engaging construction professional with nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Greg has been directly involved in the development and advancement Stiles Construction’s growth, profitability, geographic expansion, market sector advancement and ongoing company growth initiatives from a preconstruction perspective. He is diversely experienced Vice President of Preconstruction with a proven, demonstrated track record.
