Emily Ballard
MEP Manager Holder Construction Group, LLC
Emily is a Manager in MEP for Holder Construction; a leading national contractor ranked among the top 25 in the country with offices across the United States and annual revenues exceeding $8 billion. In her role, Emily collaborates closely with design engineers, Clients, and project management teams to solicit and evaluate proposals from Equipment Vendors and Trade Partners for MEP systems.
She specializes in driving trade coordination and collaboration within her teams to ensure a complete scope of work is purchased for Operations. Her strong relationships with equipment vendors and trade partners promote a partnership both during and after the preconstruction process. She is also passionate about recruiting and bringing in talent to support Holder in all areas of the business.
Emily has successfully led MEP procurement efforts for clients nationwide, with experience on programs such as Aligned, EdgeCore, and most recently, the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport CUP project. Raised in Houston, she began her career in Atlanta and now calls Phoenix home. If she weren’t working in MEP, Emily would be pursuing her dream of opening a bakery.
