Devin Sherman
Director, Field Operations Lee Lewis
Devin earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University. During his time in school, he interned at Lee Lewis Construction for three years before transitioning into a full-time role as an Estimator and BIM Technician. Having grown up around the industry, where his father owned a construction company specializing in security systems, audio/visual integration, and access control, Devin’s career in construction was a natural fit.
Now serving as Vice President of Preconstruction, Devin leads all estimating activities, including budgeting, bidding, value optimization, and subcontractor coordination. His deep knowledge of construction, combined with his expertise in advanced technology and strong industry relationships, enables him and his team to consistently deliver value, exceed owner expectations, and maximize return on investment.
Devin also plays a vital role in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). His technical expertise and hands-on experience with these tools make him an effective liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring the technology is fully leveraged to benefit every project.
When he’s not working, Devin enjoys hunting, fishing, rock crawling, working out, and most of all, spending quality time with his wife, Carly, their son, Wyatt, and daughter, Stevie.
