Darrell Torres has 25 years of industry experience, the majority of which have been spent as a preconstruction professional. Darrell’s diverse on-site and preconstruction project experiences include higher education, corporate offices, multi-family communities, aviation, and cultural centers. As a Senior Director of Preconstruction for the Irvine Company, Darrell provides oversight and guidance in areas of site evaluation, budgeting, estimating, value engineering, bidding, purchasing, and contracting, as well as monitoring labor and material pricing trends. Additionally, he is a key liaison to design teams and general contracting partners from initial concept to buy-out of projects.
