Charles Esteves is Director of Preconstruction at Consigli Construction, where he leads estimating and preconstruction strategy across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors in the NY Metro region. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Charles has overseen large-scale projects in healthcare, commercial, higher education, and cultural sectors. He is known for his ability to bridge early design development with constructible, cost-effective solutions—driving integrated teams, lean workflows, and data-driven risk mitigation.
Prior to his current role, Charles held leadership positions at both local and regional firms, developing best practices around digital takeoff, target value design, and contingency planning in volatile markets. He holds a BA in Architecture and Sociology and a Master of Business Administration, and is active in AEC industry forums focused on advancing preconstruction innovation.
