At The Motz Group, I lead a preconstruction team dedicated to delivering high-performance natural and synthetic turf systems for professional, collegiate, and community-level athletic facilities. We integrate design collaboration, estimating precision, and constructability insights to help clients realize their vision with confidence and cost certainty.
Before joining Motz, I spent 16 years in commercial and industrial construction, specializing in estimating and preconstruction leadership after a decade in field operations. My early career began with a General Contracting firm, where I advanced from laborer to General Superintendent—leading crews and subcontractors to deliver complex vertical projects from the ground up.
