The Advancing Preconstruction Event App will be your one-stop platform for event updates & connecting with fellow attendees pre, during and post-event. New for 2025, we've introduced a brand new meeting booking function, allowing you to chat, arrange meetings and connect with key contacts ahead of the Conference.

Ensure your privacy settings and profile visibility are switched on to appear in the attendee list & chat with attendees.

Let your fellow attendee know why you want to connect and what you want to discuss, to ensure meetings are productive.

Some attendees may not login immediately; don't be disheartened if you don't receive a response straightaway.

Meetings won't show in your schedule until confirmed. Be careful not to double-book or forget to confirm an important request.

Returning for 2025, we're bringing speed networking back!
Run as a structured, sign-up session, attendees have the chance to network with as many people as possible in just a few minutes, and identify key contacts to meet with later in the Conference.
Attendees will stand at either a green or red card – every 5 minutes, when the bell rings, those with a green card move to the next table. Those with a red card stay put.
Optional question prompts will be provided to help conversation along!
