We do not have a dress code but we would advise smart-casual outfits.
We will provide hot and cold beverages as well as a hot breakfast and lunch with light snacks during the other breaks each day.
The catering will be located in the exhibition space to bring traction to the booths.

All attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, but we do recommend that you secure your booking as soon as possible to achieve the lowest rates and opt for flexible booking options when making these arrangements.

Agenda & Presentations
Breakouts are discussion sessions grouped by shared interests e.g. a theme, topic area or question. These sessions will have a dedicated moderator who will set the context and start the discussion, after which you will be able to discuss the theme, topic area, or questions with your peers in the same room. This is your opportunity to get specific advice on your current challenges and share lessons learned in a more intimate setting.
We do not record any sessions but once the meeting has concluded, you will be provided with information on how to access the speakers' presentations, subject to their permission.

Networking
There will be 2 to 3 hours of networking provisioned as a part of the conference program each day with interactive sessions ranging from refreshment breaks and our App Game to organized breakout and roundtable discussions. For specific information about networking at this event, please refer to the Event Agenda on the Portal.
We will be using an app platform that includes networking applications that will allow your onsite team to connect with other attendees. Please note, we are not using a ‘lead scanning tool’ as we feel these take away from the meaningful conversations that are had at our events. We understand the value in our partners managing the conversations onsite so there will be a functionality on the platform that will allow your onsite team to share contact details with the attendees they speak to.

Passes & Registration

Your registration includes full access to the conference (Day One and Two). The registration includes lunches, refreshments, and documentation. It does not, however, include travel or accommodation.
Please note that access to the Pre-Conference Day requires additional registration unless stated in your contract.
Conference passes can be transferred to a colleague at any time before the start of the event. Please contact Nita with the current attendee's name and the new attendee's full name, email address and job title.
You do not need to register for individual track sessions on the Main Conference Days or Pre-Conference Workshop Day. Please refer to the Event Agenda for information on the tracks available. Our onsite team and Event App will communicate the locations of all sessions at the conference.

We do not offer exhibition-only passes, however, colleagues not attending the conference but necessary for setup and breakdown will be permitted access to support during these times only.
You can collect your badge from the check-in desk during the morning networking sessions in the agenda.
Exhibitors
Unless contracted otherwise, standard exhibition floor space for booths is 10 feet by 10 feet.
We will provide you with two chairs and one table. Please note that power is not included in your agreement.
We advise that partners bring roll-up/retractable banners, a backdrop along with some marketing collateral, including business cards, a branded table cloth and any merchandise you wish to hand out to attendees.

Speaker Participation
Please refer to the Speaker Portal for this information, but please bear in mind that Nita remains your point of contact for questions and logistics.
We recommend presenting a case study and leaving 5 minutes at the end for Q&A. For all presentations, we recommend leaving out the general company history/geographic information and jumping straight to the content!
