Richard Scopelliti

Rich Scopelliti is the Vice President of Preconstruction for Consigli Construction Co., Inc., a leading construction manager in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Caribbean. He plays a pivotal part in guiding the planning, coordination, and execution of all preconstruction operations for the firm. He works closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and early alignment that drives successful project outcomes. Rich has extensive experience working with high-profile clients such as the Boston Museum of Science, the University of Massachusetts Building Authority, the Massachusetts State College Building Authority, the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and several other private and public partners. Rich holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, along with certifications in OSHA 30-Hour Training, Lean Six-Sigma, and as a LEED Accredited Professional. Outside of work, he volunteers his time with the Maynard Music Association and Open Table. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
