Ian Braciszewski serves as Vice President of Preconstruction at Brookfield Properties, where he leads North American preconstruction efforts for the company’s mixed-use development business and oversees Brookfield’s in-house builder nationwide.

With more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Ian has successfully delivered over $2 billion in mixed-use projects across the United States. Originally from Philadelphia, he began his career with one of the nation’s leading general contractors before relocating to Denver. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ian directed preconstruction for a prominent multifamily general contractor in the Denver market.

Ian is passionate about building communities that blend functionality and design, and he takes pride in fostering collaboration between teams to bring complex projects to life. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, innovation, and creating spaces that positively impact the way people live and work.
